Sebastian Urbanski

Sebastian Urbanski was born in 1978.
He lives and works in Berlin.
Since 2006 he has been a member of the RambaZamba Theatre.
He says:

"Theatre acting is for me the most important thing in my life."

Sebastian Urbanski has acted in several films.
For example the movie "Die Mutter des Mörders" (The Mother of the Murderer).

Sebastian Urbanski does voice-overs.
That means: His voice is used in films.
He spoke, for example the German voice of Pablo Pineda.
In the Film "Yo Tambien" ("Me too - Wer will schon normal sein").
He talks about that:

"The work is demanding but great.
I had to lip-synch.
That means: My words had to fit exactly to the mouth movements of Pablo Pineda.
Spaniards speak very fast.
First I had to find the right tempo.
Before speaking I did exercises, so my enunciation became even clearer.
It was exciting to hear my own voice in the film."

For the German TV series "Zeig mir deine Welt" ("Show me Your World") with Kai Pflaume, Sebastian Urbanski was shown in his everyday life.

About his life with Down syndrome he says:

"I am very normal.
I don't suffer from Down syndrome."
